Each module includes about 60 min of audio teaching broken into smaller bite sized lessons, a 10-20 minute guided meditation, and an exercise or prompt you can spend as much or as little time on as you like. Most women spend 2-3 hrs a week total listening to lectures and learning the practices.
Note: Modules 8 and 10 include 3 hrs of audio lessons each, due to the scope of those topics.
